Valley Meadow Farms, located in South Central Pennsylvania and Western Maryland’s Sideling Hill mountainside of Hancock, Maryland. It is a working family farm that welcomes bring-your-own horse riders, friends and family to enjoy a 400 acre trail riding and hiking paradise. Guests may visit for a day ride with their own horse, enjoy a stay in a historic farmhouse with the Bed & Barn or bring their self-contained camper.

If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience peace and tranquility in the most picturesque setting, Valley Meadow Farms is for you! This family farm is a hidden treasure that must be experienced to truly feel the love and serenity that surrounds you from the moment you arrive. My husband and I love our time here and have made lasting memories with our horses, friends and each other. This is where we go to recharge and reconnect – can’t wait to return!
I regularly ride at Valley Meadow Farms. It is a great place to ride. My son and I have ridden all of the many trails. You can ride all day and never go on the same trail twice. The trails are extremely well maintained and the views during the rides are absolutely gorgeous. My son and I have stayed at the at the “bed & barn” on two occasions. We bring our horses there and find our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend Valley Meadow Farms!
